VERY FRENCH GANGSTERS participates in the protection of our Earth home by promoting the use of replaceable parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

REPLACE THE FLEX<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our frames are equipped with Uno flex hinges from the German manufacturer OBE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This mechanism makes it possible to change only the flex that is broken or fatigued by successive openings\/closures, without having to replace the entire temple.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

REPLACE THE SILICONE TIP<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our eyeglass temples for children ages 3 to 12 are designed with a silicone tip.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This makes them adjustable for better comfort and adaptable to the morphology of every face.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But above all, when it will have been chewed more than reason, this mouthpiece is replaceable separately from the temple, which avoids having to change the whole piece.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

CHANGE NOTHING<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A quick trip to your favorite optician and the tired hinge or the chewed sleeve is removed and replaced. A little polishing with a roller and the frame looks great again.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

This anti-waste awareness was the first step to a customer care that we wanted to be eco-friendly from the start.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The second step is currently taking shape as we are creating a workshop for the repair and refurbishment of parts returned by our opticians. These refurbished parts will no longer be thrown away but will be reintegrated into the spare parts circuit.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

VERY FRENCH GANGSTERS is not available at ALL opticians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We like to work with partners who share our beliefs and who put respect for their customers, for the environment and for human beings at the heart of their everyday work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

> If the breakage is due to improper use of our glasses<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

(\u2018oops, I stepped on my glasses\u2019; \u2018aaargh, my glasses didn’t catch the ball properly\u2019, etc.), consult your optician. They are trusted partners, and they often know how to work miracles and handle classic repairs. If the miracle does not happen, your optician will contact us. A replacement part will be sent and invoiced to him\/her.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

> If the breakage is due to a manufacturing defect<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

(and yes, despite numerous quality controls throughout the process – from manufacturing to delivery – the eye and the hand of man are not unerring, these are the hazards of manufacturing), contact your optician, who will contact us.
